Jay moved from Boston to claim the title of United States Marine in Beaufort, SC. He discovered CrossFit shortly after and has since been coaching for the past decade. He left the Marine Corps for the College of Charleston, graduated in 2014 and has been the conductor of Locomotion Fitness ever since.

Jay leads a team of highly qualified coaches who use a variety of approaches to connect with individual clients on a deeply personal level. Our goal is to help you achieve yours, one step at a time!
